great walking access to parks and restaurants

I loved how easy it was to get to nearby parks and the beautiful Concho River Walk, making my city strolls so enjoyable. plus, the breakfast was great and the staff was very welcoming during my stay.

The front desk staff resolved key issues efficiently.

the initial room keys did not work, and it took me three trips to the front desk just to get a shampoo bottle that funcitoned. also, the hallways looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages, perhaps even since the last century. i had almost thought to give a better review, but here we are.

Security turned out to be a real issue. other guests accessed my room with their key, which was unsettling. The cleanliness of the pool left much to be desired—it was dirty, and I noticed hair and debris floating around. The breakfast needed serious improvement, as it lacked variety and quality, leaving me wanting more than just cold items. Additionally, the carpet in the hallways was stained, giving the place a neglected feel.
